  • I reserve all rights to my work and may add any piece to my portfolio/post them to my socials. However, this does not apply to commissions involving personal or sensitive content.

  • If the commission is cancelled after the rough animation (animation) or lineart/base coloring (drawings) is completed, I reserve the right to finish the work for personal use. However, this does not apply to commissions involving personal or sensitive content.

  • Clients must credit me (@kam0bi) when posting my commissioned work online/publicly.

  • Clients may not claim my work as their own or erase any watermarks I may put on my work.

  • Clients must disclose if their commission is for personal or commercial use upfront.

  • If for commercial purposes, the client and I must discuss and agree on the use of my work.

  • Using personal-use commissions for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

  • I do not consent to using my art in NFT projects or AI training.

  • I take Wise and PayPal, and all prices are listed in dollars ($). I can accept PIX from Brazilian clients, but we need to talk first.

  • I will not start a commission without adequate detail of what I will be doing.

  • 50% of the payment is required before I start. The remaining 50% is required when everything is completed, before I send the final files.

  • If the client wishes to cancel the commission, they must do so at the rough animation (animation) or lineart (drawings) or earlier. Please note that once these stages are completed, 50% of the total payment is required, as they represent most of the work. It means no refunds after that!

  • Additional charges will be sent as a separate invoice if applicable.

  • If you have a budget you'd like me to work with, please disclose that upfront.

  • If payment isn't made within 48 hours of me requesting it, you lose your request (unless you ask for an extension with a clear deadline within that time).

  • Even though 1-2 months is just an estimate, I can’t define a specific deadline for my animation workflow; then, the client and I will need to discuss it together. When considering a deadline, I take into account the level of complexity as well as my real-life schedule, including my studies and other animation projects I’m working on.

  • For DRAWINGS, my turnaround time is 1-2 weeks, but it can change depending on my current queue and the complexity of your order.

  • Delays may happen due to my personal life.

  • If you need your commission prioritized due to a deadline, we can discuss a rush fee. Please note this isn’t guaranteed and depends on my schedule.

  • I may reject a deadline request if I don't think the given timeframe is enough.

  • Clients may request large revisions during rough animation and, for drawings, lineart/base coloring. Once these steps are approved, I can only make small changes to the piece. Please note that extensive revisions may incur a fee (unless it's a mistake on my part).

  • Slow feedback/Additional edits may result in a longer turnaround time.

  • If I don’t receive a response for over a week, I may pause the project or move it back in my queue until I hear back.

  • The final product will be sent via Email or Discord as a Drive link, in the formats listed in the commissions tab. I cannot provide CSP/PSD/etc. documents.

  • Contact me via Email, Discord or Twitter (X) for any inquiries.

  • By commissioning me, you confirm that you've thoroughly understood my terms and agree to them.

  • If possible, please share a reference or describe your idea as clearly as you can so we can avoid any issues!

  • When requesting several changes, please send them all in one organized message.

  • Since I’m in college, my schedule can get tight. If I take some time to reply, please understand! I promise I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

  • I may decline any client/commission for any reason.
